Skinnytaste Dinner Plan (Week 94). Happy October! I love October, the leaves start changing colors, there’s a chill in the air and I get to wear my cozy sweaters. I’m setting some goals and intentions for the new month. I’m trying to be good about remember to take my probiotics (great for gut health) and I’ve been working out consistently this past week and plan on continuing this habit (great for the body and mind).
Pictured below is The Skinnytaste Meal Planner where I plan my dinners for the week (you can of course use any meal planner). Meal planning is a great way to get organized before heading to the supermarket to get ready for the week! My breakfast is usually something quick like eggs with fruit, a smoothie or avocado toast. We’re a family of four, so if a recipe serves more, it’s either packed up for everyone’s lunch or eaten the next day as leftovers. Friday: California Spicy Crab Stuffed Avocado with Cauliflower “Fried Rice”
Saturday: Dinner Out
Sunday: Pasta with Butternut Sauce, Spicy Sausage and Spinach
